谁能帮我看看，这个是怎么了？
我在第一次安装这个Cisco的VPN插件的时候，就一直出现这个问题，导致安装不上，之后重做了操作系统之后，安装成功了。
前几天还正常使用的，今天想再连一下，结果在Checking for updates…时，又出现了这个问题，郁闷呀！
谁能帮我看看问题会出在哪里呢？
