由于明天公司的乒乓球联赛就要开始了，所以今天在公司加班训练，九点钟才回到家。到了家才知道老婆竟然还没有吃饭，好可怜呀……
这么晚了，只能是做点比较简单的了，正好家里还有一个西红柿，那就做个西红柿鸡蛋面吧。
做饭很简单:
1、西红柿切块，放到热油锅里面稍微炒一下，感觉西红柿中的红色炒出来之后，加水。
2、水热了之后，将鸡蛋打到锅里；
3、水开了下面，根据个人的口味，煮一段时间，我一般煮3-4分钟，因为老婆喜欢吃软一点的。
4、加入食盐、香菜、香油、鸡精，关火，盛出来就OK了。
前后总共也就10分钟左右的时间，果然是居家必会的一种做法呀。
