感觉开幕式乱糟糟的，曼德拉最终没有出席开幕式让人很遗憾……
不过，希望今年的世界杯能一如既往的精彩纷呈吧。

在劳资关系中，最核心的问题其实就是劳动报酬的问题。而劳动报酬的问题，恰恰也是在劳动争议中最经常出现的问题。其中一个比较敏感的问题就是如何计算和支付加班费的问题。
关于加班费的支付，貌似是很简单，因为劳动法里面有很明确的规定
《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十四条
有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬：
（一）安排劳动者延长时间的，支付不低于工资的百分之一百五十的工资报酬；
（二）休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的百分之二百的工资报酬；
（三）法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。
看似很明确的一条内容，却有两个问题需要我们明确：
问题一：什么是加班？
我们平时经常会说到“加班加点”这个词，从狭义上讲“加班”是“加班”，“加点”是“加点”，还是有一些区别的：
加班：指劳动者在法定节假日或休息日进行工作，也就是劳动法四十四条第（二）和第（三）中情形。
加点：是指劳动者在标准工作日以外延长工作时间进行工作，简言之就是提前上班或者推迟下班。也就是劳动法四十四条第（一）中情形。
而从广义上来讲，“加班”包含上面所说的“加班”和“加点”两种情形。而我们平时所说的“加班费”也就包含了因加班和加点而产生的劳动报酬。

转眼这周已经周二了，sigh，日子过的好快呀～
最近一个多月，几乎都是宅在家里，连超市和商场都很少去，周日的时候，想想实在是不能一直在家宅着了，一定要趁着夏天还不是特别热，出去走走，要不然过几天更不愿出门了。
地点选在了大明湖，因为大明湖扩建之后，除了去年国庆期间之外，还没去逛过，也不知道夏天的新大明湖是啥样子……
大明湖扩建后，修了很多的桥，远远的看上去，还真有那么一点感觉。
