在团队协作中，资源共享与团队学习是一个永恒的话题。资源的共享需要文化的支撑，这是一种分享的文化，团队的每个人需要坦诚的将自己的学识和经验无私的分享给自己的同事。
很多的时候，团队缺乏这种分享的文化。但是，却不影响我们通过我们的行动来逐步改变这种现状。
在我们的日常工作中，我们坦诚的将我们的知识技能向大家进行分享，最后的结果不仅仅是我们的同事学到了知识技能，我们也在这种分享中得到了提高：
1、 能把自己的知识进行分享，本身就是一种提高；
为了将自己的知识经验进行分享，在分享前必定会仔细的深入的研究知识点的细节或者再反复推敲自己的经验技巧是否可靠，在这个过程当中，对这个知识点的了解肯定就更加深入了，在不断的深入中，自己就得到了提高。
2、 同事在学习的过程中，会建立一种对你的信任感；
坦诚的向自己的同事介绍经验、知识，同事在学习中得到了提高，他会不会感激你？（当然，把你当作傻冒的也是有的，那种动物可以不计算为人。）
在分享的时候，难免的就会有沟通和交流的出现，通过不断的沟通和交流，同事之间的关系必定会变得更加紧密。
3、 在培养出能替代你的人之后，在职位上你才有机会得到更大的提升。
对于一个有一定智慧的老板来讲，一个可以培养员工成长的员工绝对是一个好员工，这样的员工必然会得到更多的工作机会。
最后一句话：不要因为别人的不分享，就拒绝自己的分享。帮助别人才能成就自己。
