年初的时候，刚做了一个年终奖计算器，没想到还没用几天，个人所得税的税率竟然调整了。2011年新的个人所得税的税率对于低收入人员来讲税负降低了，而对于高收入群体，个税却有所增加，不过，挣那么多的钱估计也就不在乎那点税了。至于临界点是多少，大家自己Google一下去吧。
2011年最新个人所得税税率：
原来的计算器肯定就不适用了，眼看2011年的第四季度已经过去1/6了，很快，到了年底，各位HR们也要开始算年终奖了，为了自己使用方便，同时也为了方便各位朋友，我用Excel制作了一个个人所得税计算器，同时包含年终奖个人所得税的计算器，将工资、年终奖金、社保公积金等数据录入表格后，即可得出个人所得税的数值。

其中，普通收入个人所得税的计算公式使用了数组（数组是啥？不明白的Google之，SunQ同学也仅是知其然不知其所以然），公式来源于会计人论坛，感谢原作者。
由于SunQ也不会数组公式，所以在年终奖个税计算时，占用了三列才计算出数据来，而且最终的公式是最简单的if嵌套公式。
