开始写实习报告了

2006年3月29日
都不知道应该写什么，先写一个给公司的，回去再写给学校的，我ft啊，貌似学校的要求字数是在5000字以上，唉！现在写几百字都是这么的困难，faint啊。
 
还有三天就可以回济南了，有点期待呀～～～

春天很美，也很短，要好好珍惜！

廊坊这边也开始到春天了，但是今天看daibei上huigui姐姐贴的pp，济南的春天已经很美了，特别是绿色的柳树加上济南清澈的泉水……

 
现在真的很怀念济南，怀念济南的春天，幸好，我回去之后还能看见济南春天的尾巴，因为济南的春天也不过就那几天……
 
春天很美，也很短，要好好珍惜！
 
生活也是如此

人力资源管理究竟是做什么的？

在学习人力资源管理与传统人事管理之间的区别的时候，其中一点就讲到：人力资源管理部门是服务性的部门，而传统的人事管理则是一个行政性质的管理部门。虽然这么说，但是真的不知道服务性的部门究竟是什么意思。我对服务性的理解仅仅局限于：招聘的时候人力资源部是负责组织实施的，而决定是否录用的权力是专业部门的。
 
实习了这么一段时间，竟然发现，原来我连这个自认为的理解也是不准确的。招聘的时候，一个应聘者是否合格并不仅仅是由专业部门来决定，而是应该两个部门相互协作：专业部门负责其专业知识方面，人力资源部门负责对其他素质进行考查，而两个方面都是非常重要的，想想，如果一个人的专业水平也比较高，但却是一个有才无德之人，招聘工作就是失败的。
 
当然，这只是一个小方面，真正的服务应该体现在哪里呢？人力资源管理的工作不应该仅仅是事务性的操作——按照制度的要求做一下薪酬弄一下绩效——而更应该是另外的一些内容：了解员工的心态、职业发展，从而更有效的用人、育人、留人，为企业提供可用的人才，缓解在人力资源管理事务性工作中的员工不满意。
 
表达能力真是差啊，感觉肚子里面有好多的东西，但是却倒不出来！晕～～～
 
不过，实习真的让我体会到了好多以前没有体会到的东西，特别是对于人力资源管理及各个模块的理解上，不过实习也快要结束了，工作了之后再慢慢体会吧～～～～

杀人游戏

今天是在控股人力资源部实习的第一天，中午做完广播体操之后，部门的人玩起了杀人游戏，就是时间比较短，有点意犹未尽……
 
杀人游戏这东西，关键在于要学会分析，不管是什么角色，警察、杀手还是平民，明白了自己的角色之后，一定要分析那些人会是对自己不利的，利用舆论将其铲除！
 
杀人游戏规则

　　游戏概述：

　　这是一个锻炼表达能力、判断力、观察力、思维能力和表演能力…的游戏。每一个曾经参与游戏的人都会被它深深的吸引住。游戏的基础是彼此的诚实和信任，以及对游戏的认真。

　　游戏特点：　1.简单易学：任何人只要明白规则或看别人玩过一盘，马上就会玩了。

　　2.参与性强：只要认真对待所扮演的角色，无论是老朋友还是第一次见面的新朋友，马上会"杀"成一片。

　　游戏环境：

　　室内室外均可，最好大家围坐一起。光线暗一点效果更好。

　　游戏人物：

　　法官：控制游戏进程的人。明确每个人的身份，要做到绝对公正。

　　杀手：白天隐藏在好人中间；黑夜出来杀人。被杀后没有遗言，并不得再发言。

　　好人：白天和大家一起抓出坏人；黑夜闭眼，对杀手行凶完全不知；被杀后有遗言，然后不得再发言。

　　游戏规则：

　　以9人为例

　　1、根据人数准备好9张牌，按照不同的花色事前规定好法官1人、杀手2人、好人6人。

　　2、每人取一张牌，明确自己的身份，除法官外，不要让任何人知道。

　　3、法官宣布：所有人闭上眼睛，杀手睁眼相互认识。

　　4、法官知道谁是杀手后，宣布：杀手闭眼，所有人睁眼。

　　5、下面开始个人发表意见，按照座位顺序依次发言，相互指正，找出坏人。

　　6、所有人发言完毕后，被指正最多的人有一次为自己申辩的机会。

　　7、申辩完毕后，大家举手投票决定是否处决这个人。没过半数则该人存活。(接9)

　　8、得票过半则处决，法官宣布亮牌，让大家明确是成功抓到一个杀手，还是错杀一个好人。如错杀好人则有最后的遗言，杀手则没遗言。

　　9、法官宣布天黑，所有人闭眼，杀手出来杀人。杀手用眼神相互交流，统一杀害的目标，并用眼神告诉法官杀谁。

　　10、杀手杀人完毕后闭眼，所有人睁眼。法官宣布哪个好人被杀。被害人遗言。

　　11、继续新一轮的讨论。因为大家都发过言了，并且也有人被指正，被杀害，因此线索会越来越多……思维会更活跃，讨论会更激烈。

　　12、如此重复，直到好人将杀手全部抓出，则好人获胜；如好人全部被害，则杀手获胜。

　　游戏技巧：

　　好人：没别的，长双慧眼吧……错杀好人和放过坏人都等于自杀。

　　坏人：

　　坏人秘技1：

　　出卖同伙。不等你的同伙暴露，就毫不手软的指正并杀害，这样在以后为自己辩论的过程中就多了一条很有说服力的依据。

　　坏人秘技2：

　　隐藏。俗话说，枪打出头鸟。虽然你很想误导大家错杀某个好人，但在表决时你不要举手，光指正不杀害，会很好的隐藏起自己的。

　　坏人秘技3：

　　嫁祸。往往2个相互指正的人都会是好人，充分利用好他们之间的对峙，始终让他们去吸引大家的注意吧。

　　另外，还有试探、排除异己、拉拢大众、据理力争、博得同情这些技巧，也许，这就是杀人游戏的魅力所在吧。

生病了

2006年3月16日
上周五开始感冒，一直都没有吃药，当然也没有好，我就纳闷了，为什么在济南在山东的时候几天就好了，在这里却好不了，昨天下午还出现了发炎的症状，害的我请了半天假回去吃药休息，faint啊～～
 
不过，今天比昨天好多了，至少不再发炎了，只是有点鼻塞。今天喝了好多水，现在老是想上厕所，sigh～～～
 
昨天晚上，宽哥（负责我们实习的招聘主管）听说我生病了，竟然跑到我宿舍去看了我，感动ing……
 
多喝水，赶快让感冒的所有症状都消失掉！！

困啊

2006年3月13日
昨天晚上没有睡好，于是现在比较困……
 
好不容易一个大周末，可以休息两天，我这两天却是感冒，而且貌似比较严重的样子，sigh，不过幸好现在好些了，唉！
 
体检复检的结果还没有出来，或者出来了还没有给我通知，等待的滋味还真不好呀……
 
打算早点回学校，在这里连电脑都没的用，论文还不知道应该怎么弄呢，唉，还是早点回去到学校里面好好查查资料再说论文的事情吧。

总算有时间来写一下我的日志了，sigh

最近其实挺闲的，坐在办公室里面几乎是无所事事，最多就是看看几本管理类的书，最可恨的是前几天竟然一本员工手册让我们看了三四天，faint啊。
 
但是，最郁闷的还不是这个，最郁闷的就是没有电脑用，好不容易可以摸一下电脑了，还是帮别人做事情，处理一点问题。跟在学校的时候每天坐在电脑前面十几个小时相比，现在的日子简直无聊透顶……我可是号称离不开电脑的……
 
今天听了一个关于劳动法的讲座，结束的比较晚，我又非要回来拿包，于是没有赶上6：00的班车，只能等七点半的班车回宿舍了，不过也好，终于也是有机会能上上网看看了，都不知道最近发生过什么事情，再次sigh……
 
不过总体来说在廊坊这里感觉还是不错的，虽然跟济南还是有比较大的差距，最不爽的是公交车，竟然按照乘坐的路程收费，而且收费的标准好像比较随意，有点不适应，幸好只是坐了一次公交车……
 
啥时候俺能有专门的电脑用啊？？？？
